Kobe - $14.00
We serve Mishima Ranch Wagyu beef. It is the richest, most flavorful American style Kobe beef available. Mishima Ranch cattle are raised naturally using traditional Japanese, long feeding methods that result in a consistently high level of marbling for the ultimate eating experience.
 
Buffalo - $13.50
Slightly "sweeter" than beef. Buffalo burgers are tasty, tender and 94% fat free. Farm raised buffalo are free roaming on large ranches and are raised naturally in open pastures. Buffalo are very high in the essential fatty acids and have an excellent ratio of Omega-3 to Omega-6 acids.
 
Piedmontese - $13.00
For centuries, Italians have taken pride in raising their own native breed of cattle from the Piedmont region of northwest Italy. These cattle are raised on a vegetarian feed only, ultimately producing a beef that is naturally lean and low in fat and cholesterol. The USDA and other researchers have confirmed that Piedmontese beef has the highest amounts of good polysaturated fats and the highest percentages of Omega-3 essential fatty acids.
