A two year collaboration with Germany’s Weihenstephan Brewery. A crisp, champagne-like beer with fine bubbles and a fruity, spicy aroma. Dry hopped with Bavarian Noble hops and bottle conditioned to add another layer of complexity. – ABV 10.3% MA
